Great Teachers Change Lives

What are the elements of a quality education?

Classrooms, desks, pens and paper are the basic material resources of education. But to ensure a quality education, students need great teachers! The Tenda Teachers Professional Development Program has already reached 407 teachers, impacting nearly 27,000 students. This impact is amplified when we consider the career longevity of the trained educators.

Supporting the professional development of teachers in rural tanzania will ensure that Tanzanian children and youth have access to a quality education – now and into the future. With your help, teachers in the program will receive training and ongoing support over three years.

WE NEED TO RAISE $50,000 TO TRAIN 100 TEACHERS. PLEASE DONATE BY MAY 31, 2022

To provide perspective on the impact of your donation:

  • $500 TRAINS ONE TEACHER FOR A YEAR
  • $5,000 TRAINS ONE SCHOOL OF TEACHERS

In addition to donating online through Networks for Good, you can also mail a check to Project Zawadi, 253 Duke Street, Saint Paul, MN 55102
