PROJECTZAWADI students that successfully complete secondary school A-Levels and pass the national exam are eligible to apply to University. While the Tanzanian government has a loan program that helps to off-set the cost of attending University, it does not cover all of the expenses. PROJECTZAWADI continues to provide support for these remaining expenses.
In the spring of 2013, PROJECTZAWADI‘s celebrated the graduation of the first two sponsored students from University – truly a milestone for both those students and our program! There are currently five PROJECTZAWADI-sponsored students studying at the University level.
